This Bibim nakji jeotgal (비빔낙지젓갈) is made as a versatile alternative to ssamjang (wrap dipping sauce) or enjoyed by mixing it with rice. Finely chopped fresh nakji (small octopus) is combined with a rich seasoning and nuts, then fermented through togul aging, resulting in a bibim nakji jeotgal that is loved by both adults and children. It offers a sophisticated taste and texture that cannot be experienced with regular ssamjang.

Baekje Togul Jeotgal is a producer of fermented seafood. Their products undergo traditional aging in a cave facility, maintaining a temperature of 4-6 degrees Celsius throughout all four seasons. They utilize fresh ingredients sourced from diverse ports in Korea and apply a low-salt seasoning during the processing.
