It has a firm and bouncy texture with a vibrant sea flavor, making it highly versatile as a salad topping or a seasoning substitute when eating with meat. Mixing it with mayonnaise creates an excellent dipping sauce.
Baekje Togul Jeotgal is a producer of fermented seafood. Their products undergo traditional aging in a cave facility, maintaining a temperature of 4-6 degrees Celsius throughout all four seasons.
