Marinaded and cooked pollock fillet (시래기 코다리) made from 100% north pacific pollock, where we manually remove the small bones and air-dry it for 48 hours. The flesh is thick and has a chewy texture. We enhance its flavor with traditional seasoning using ingredients from Gangwon province, and add domestically produced dried radish greens for a refreshing taste. It pairs well with white rice and is also great as a side dish for alcoholic beverages. It can be easily prepared in a microwave or air fryer, making it convenient and hassle-free.
