Sweet and spicy marinated and cooked pollock fillet made from 100% North Pacific pollock, where we manually remove the small bones and air-dry it for 48 hours. The flesh is thick and has a chewy texture. We enhance its flavor with traditional seasoning using ingredients from Gangwon province. It pairs well with white rice and is also great as a side dish for alcoholic beverages. It can be easily prepared in a microwave or air fryer, making it convenient and hassle-free.
