Shipping Cost & Delivery Information for Canada
1-DAY EXPRESS to all Provinces. (Some areas are not available for delivery due to their remote locations.) Order before 3PM today, get it tomorrow.

- DISCOUNTED SHIPPING ($30) for orders over $200
($60 for orders less than $200) - Minimum order amount for shipping is $90
- After placing an order, expect to get a clearance call from Canadian Customs to release the package for delivery to your house. (Your package will not be released until it’s cleared.)
All package will be shipped via eco-friendly insulated cartons with insulated cool packs. As shipment will have its refrigerated temperature, products will be thawed.
If you are not going to consume immediately, please keep them in the freezer. Products before expiry will not have any defects as long as they are stored in the freezer.

Cost for exchange/refund
If return or exchange is requested due to customer's responsibility (such as simple change of mind, error in order), customer will be responsible for 35% of the goods (re-stocking fee) and shipping.
Following will not be processed for return/exchange
- 7 days have passed after shipment arrival
- Improper storage causing product failures
- Damaged package or product, caused by customer
