All frozen products are shipped at 0°F in insulated boxes with ice packs.

Most items should be stored in the freezer unless you plan to consume them within a few days.

• Jeotgal (salted seafood): Can be refrigerated for short-term use, but we recommend freezing it for longer storage. Portion out what you need and keep the rest frozen for maximum freshness.
  
• Soy-marinated crab (ganjang gejang): If you're not consuming it immediately, store it in the freezer. Move to the fridge one day before eating to allow the roe and meat to thaw gently.
  
• Dried seafood (e.g., anchovies, dried pollack): Can be stored at room temperature for a short period. For long-term storage, keep it in the freezer to preserve flavor and texture.
  

We recommend freezing as the standard storage method for most of our products to ensure safety and quality.
