How does the delivery work?

Kevin's Choice offers 1-day express delivery across the United States. Deliveries are made from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed before 3 PM Eastern Time on the same day will be shipped the same day and delivered the next day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be shipped the following day and delivered the day after. Orders received after Thursday 3 PM will be shipped on the next Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Please note that there is no delivery service on weekends and public holidays.

How much is the shipping fee?

The delivery service cost for 1-day express in the United States is quite expensive. However, Kevin's Choice strives to provide you with affordable and reasonable shipping fees. Based on the location of Kevin's Choice in New Jersey, we have set the shipping fees at $9.99, $19.99, and $29.99 for nearby states and distant states, respectively. However, if your order amount exceeds $200, you can receive Kevin's Choice products for free without any shipping fees across the United States. For Alaska and Hawaii, since the shipping fees are calculated based on actual expenses, we assist you with placing the order over the phone.

The ice pack and the product melted during delivery. Is that okay?

We pack the frozen products (0°F) tightly with ice packs and place them in a temperature-control box for delivery, Even in hot summers, the products can maintain their cold temperature for approximately one day until they reach the customer. However, during hot summers, although the ice packs and some products may still feel cold, it is not possible to receive the products in a completely frozen state. If the products feel cool to the touch and there are no apparent issues with their condition or safety, they can be refrozen or consumed immediately without any concerns. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the delivery or the condition of the products, please contact Kevin's Choice. We will address any concerns or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

What should I do if I'm not satisfied with the product or the delivery condition?

Kevin's Choice is always ready to resolve problems from the customer's perspective. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the delivery or the condition of the products, please contact Kevin's Choice.

How does the delivery work for Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii?

For Alaska and Hawaii, since the shipping fees are calculated differently, we can assist you with the order over the phone.

For Canada, After placing an order, expect to get a clearance call from Canadian customs to release the package for delivery to your house. (Your package will not be released until it’s cleared.) Please contact us for more information.

What should I do if my order/payment doesn't go through?

If you are experiencing difficulties with placing an order or making a payment, please follow these steps:

  1. Double-check the information you have entered. Sometimes, incorrect details such as name, address, or postal code can prevent the payment from going through.

Is it possible to cancel or change an order?

Order cancellations or changes are possible until the items are shipped. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, we kindly request that you contact us before the shipment departs. If you wish to make changes to your order placed before 3 PM Eastern Time on the same day, please contact us before 3 PM on that day. For orders placed after 3 PM, please contact us before 3 PM the following day. Thank you for your understanding.

How should I store the products at home?

Most of Kevin's Choice products are frozen products. If you don't plan to consume them within a few days after receiving them, we recommend storing them in the freezer.

For salted fish products (jeotgal), refrigeration is also acceptable, but to maintain their freshness for a longer period, it is recommended to store them in the freezer and take out small portions as needed.

If you have purchased soy or marinated crab, it should be stored in the freezer if you don't plan to consume it immediately. It should be thawed a day before in refrigerator for consumptionson so that the roe and meat do not melt in the soy sauce.

Dried seafood such as anchovies and dried pollack can be stored at room temperature for a short period. However, if you plan to store them for an extended period, it is recommended to store them in the freezer to maintain freshness.
