Korean bulgogi has become a delectable sensation everyone is talking about these days, especially with the growing interest in KBBQ. Many are eager to recreate the same flavors in the comfort of their homes.

Well, here's a quick and easy recipe that can turn you into a Korean chef in a snap!

The key to perfect bulgogi lies in the marination process. It not only deepens the flavor but also tenderizes the meat. While the traditional method involves a mix of soy sauce, garlic, sugar, ginger, pear or kiwi, and more, it can be quite time-consuming when factoring in ingredient shopping and preparation, taking up your entire day.

INGREDIENTS

Recommended (optional)

1/2 bunch Green onion

1 onion

1/2 carrots

1/4lb mushrooms

(You can use any veggies you like)

1lb Thinly sliced beef meat (usually neck, brisket, blade, or butt meat)

1 pouch of Korean bulgogi sauce 100g Add to cart

 

HOW TO MAKE

  1. Prepare beef meat and place them in a container for marination.
  2. Cut & prepare veggies into bite size and place them the container.
  3. Pour entire pouch of Korean bulgogi sauce.
  4. You can cook right away at this point, or marinate in refrigerator over night for better taste.
  5. Heat, stirring occasionally  until all the ingredients are fully cooked.
  6. Enjoy! It’s time to serve
