Gochujang Stew with Pork and Veggies

During the winter season, a steaming hot gochujang stew not only makes for a hearty dinner but also adds joy to the table, especially when paired with soju on occasions! Today, we'll be making a delicious gochujang stew using Kevin's Choice traditional gochujang. This stew typically includes pork, various vegetables, creating a hearty and flavorful broth with the spicy kick of gochujang. It's very easy! Try making it at home and enjoy the delicious meal with your family!

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon of Kevin's Choice's Traditional Gochujang  Add to cart

1 Tablets of All Purpose Broth Tablets Add to cart

1/4lb  Tofu

1/4lb Pork stew meat

1/2 Onion

1 Potato

1/2 Zucchini

assorted mushrooms (optional)

HOW TO MAKE

1. Add 1/2 liter of water and 1 tablet of all purpose broth table to a pot and bring it to boil. 

2. Cut pork meat, tofu, onion, potato, zucchini and other ingredients into cubes, and add to the pot.

3. Add a table spoon of gochujang and bring it to boil for another 2-3mins, stirring occasionally.

4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
