개성약과는 약 72시간, 꼬박 3일에 걸친 세심한 공정을 통해 만들어집니다.
하루 종일 기름을 빼 깔끔하게 마무리하고,
약과 속까지 청(꿀 시럽)이 스며들도록 여러 번 입혀줍니다.
반죽은 세게 누르지 않아 결을 살리고, 부드럽고 촉촉한 식감을 유지합니다.
이렇게 완성된 약과는 과하게 달지 않고, 기름지지 않으면서도 은은하게 달콤합니다.

Gae-seong Yakgwa is crafted through a meticulous 72-hour process.
The oil is slowly drained for a clean finish, and each piece is coated multiple times with syrup so the sweetness seeps into every layer.
The dough is gently shaped to preserve texture, creating a soft and moist pastry that’s never pressed flat.
The result is delicately sweet, never greasy, and perfectly balanced.

실온에서도 보관 가능하지만,
냉장 또는 냉동 보관 후 드시면 더 쫀득하고 촉촉하게 즐기실 수 있어요.
냉장/냉동 보관 후에는 1~2분 정도 자연해동해서 드시는 걸 권장드립니다.
유통기한은 충분히 여유 있는 상태로 보내드립니다.
