To start, the packaging for this product was changed sometime last year maybe? After the packaging changed, the quality did as well and I had completely stopped purchasing because I was so disappointed with the change in quality. I leave a review for it and then I stop ordering. February rolls around and I get an email. The owner mentioned how my review had made an impact, and that they were bringing the old packaging back (which is what this current product is). I immediately put in an order of 4 of these (8 crabs total). Man, this is seriously the BEST Gajang gejang i will ever get. The year that I didn’t order from here, I tried H MART, Jong Boo, even local Korean restaurants and to be forward, they all sucked. The quality, abundance of ROE, and freshness of these crabs impressed me so much. I’m so happy that a business like this cares about their customers but also has amazing products. I would give this more than 5 stars if I could! Even if you end up not liking this product, their customer service is hands down THE best.
