Our Gochujang undergoes natural fermentation in traditional earthenware crocks, utilizing locally sourced Korean ingredients such as premium red pepper powder, glutinous rice flour, meju powder, malt syrup, sesame oil, sea salt, and rice syrup. Each ingredient is thoughtfully selected to ensure the highest quality.

The journey of our Gochujang begins with boiling soybeans in iron cauldrons to create meju, fermented soybean blocks. These blocks are then layered with straw in our earthenware chambers for fermentation. During the Lunar New Year period, the crocks are filled with the paste, and a meticulous process of opening and closing the lids is repeated, nurturing an authentic and flavorful product.
