HOW TO MAKE
1. Wash baby kale and blanch them 1-2 min in boiling water.
2. Rince kale with cold water and squeez out water.
3. Mix in a bowl with minced garlic, absolute anchovy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and soy sauce and garnish with sesame seeds.
