Kale namul is a flavorful Korean side dish made with blanched baby kale. Rich in vitamins and antioxidants, kale is blanched, rinsed, and mixed with minced garlic, umami-filled absolute anchovy sauce, fragrant sesame oil, sugar, and soy sauce. Baby Kale ½ lb

Minced garlic 1T

Soy sauce 1/2T Add to cart 

Absolute anchovy sauce 1t Add to cart

Sugar 2t

Sesame seeds 2t


1. Wash baby kale and blanch them 1-2 min in boiling water.

2. Rince kale with cold water and squeez out water.

3. Mix in a bowl with minced garlic, absolute anchovy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and soy sauce and garnish with sesame seeds.
